Parental Guidance for using Digitalbrain in the home Your child will have a Digitalbrain log in and password so that they can enter their own working space from home. Their Digitalbrain account gives them e-mail, webspace, a homepage and a calendar. Digitalbrain offers a useful communication device between school and home. As it is a school based resource and accessed through the internet, here is some guidance for working with it.
- Please reinforce the Children's Rules with your child at home.
- Digitalbrain does not filter the internet, so you need to have your own internet firewall and parental controls set up.
- If your child finds any inappropriate material on the VLE please inform the school immediately.
- Anything your child puts onto Digitalbrain can be seen by members of staff.
